Kodawari Residences is a Portuguese boutique hotel brand that opened its first unit in Porto (Rua das Flores) at the end of 2025 and is preparing a second Porto unit as well as a project in Lisbon. The company positions itself as a distinctive hospitality brand and platform with potential for scale and international expansion. Financially, Kodawari has just completed a €1.5 million equity raise from Supsell Group, which now holds a 10.5% stake and values the company at over €14 million. Management states the capital will be used to consolidate current operations, accelerate growth, expand the platform and support new projects. The entry of Supsell is presented as validation of Kodawari's positioning, execution capacity and long-term vision.
