Kodehyve currently targets the BeNeLux market from its Luxembourg City base and is eyeing expansion into the UK, Portugal and Switzerland. The board has expanded from two to five board observers, including Michel Lempicki, Laurent Schonckert and John Li. Kodehyve builds a B2B collaboration software platform aimed at replacing fragmented tools and inefficient workflows in real estate development. The product combines in-house modules and third‑party APIs with a focus on project management, CRM, and financial and data analysis. Its white‑label offering includes task and deadline management, information and document exchange, customer onboarding, e-signatures, KYC/AML checks, billing, live chat, budgeting, and financial analysis. The company says the funding will be used to further develop the collaboration tool and to expand into new European markets. Kodehyve was founded in 2020 by Felix Hemmerling and Julien Casse and is based in Luxembourg. The startup raised a €1 million seed round, providing initial capital to execute its product and expansion plans.
