Konfir provides an employment verification platform that removes the administrative burden companies face when requesting or completing employment verifications. Its service supports consumer life events such as moving, changing jobs or renting by delivering instant employment and income verifications. The company is led by founder Chris Milligan and is based in London. In March 2022 Konfir raised £1.6m in pre-seed funding. It plans to use the funds to expand engineering, product and go-to-market capabilities. Konfir also intends to launch with some of Europe’s largest background checking providers.
