Kovon operates an end-to-end platform linking India’s blue- and grey-collar workforce with overseas employers across sectors such as healthcare, hospitality, construction, and logistics. The platform covers job discovery, upskilling, financing, placement, and post-deployment support to create verified and job-ready talent pipelines. Kovon is focused on addressing labour shortages in destinations including Europe, the UK, the Middle East, and other developed economies. The startup plans to expand its skilling and training ecosystem and to grow global employer partnerships and candidate acquisition. Following its $250K pre-seed raise led by TDV Partners, Kovon intends to hire across technology, operations, and partnerships to support product and market expansion. Founders Bibartan Roy and Swayamjeet Das lead the company’s efforts to structure overseas opportunities for Indian workers.
