Koyfin is a NYC-based web platform that provides advanced data visualization and charting to help users research stocks, ETFs, mutual funds and macro trends. Led by CEO Rob Koyfman, the platform targets financial advisors, research analysts and salespeople at firms such as Goldman Sachs, Barclays, BlackRock and Franklin Templeton. Launched in 2018, Koyfin’s web app is currently free and the company plans to release a premium tier in early 2020. The platform already reports 10,000 active investors. Koyfin raised $3M in funding to accelerate product build-out and user adoption. The round was led by Craft Ventures, Atreides Management and Valor Equity Partners, with participation from Social Leverage and other existing investors.
