Kraver’s Canteen is a Philippine cloud kitchen company launched in 2020 by Eric Dee, Victor Lim, and Victor Mapua. It operates delivery-focused kitchens that support brands including Tiger Sugar, Yogost, and Tonkatsu Maisen (Bench Group). The company plans to expand operations by building 100 kitchens across the Philippines and focusing on regional metropolis hubs such as Cebu, Iloilo, and Davao. Kraver’s also intends to develop smart kitchen technology to scale kitchen operations and to upgrade its delivery infrastructure. It is targeting partnerships with chains including Taco Bell, Pizza Hut, and Dairy Queen in the coming months. Kraver’s recently raised US$1.5 million in a seed round led by Foxmont Capital with angel participation from Lance Gokongwei, Brian Cu, and Paulo Campos III to fund these initiatives.
