Kryptnostic
191 Marshall St Ste 103, Redwood City, CA, 94063, United States
Overview
Kryptnostic develops a fully homomorphic encryption platform that enables enterprises to search within and share encrypted files without exposing keys to cloud providers. Encryption and decryption occur locally on users’ devices, so the storage provider and Kryptnostic have zero knowledge of customer data. The product includes a Java client for encrypted search, a RESTful API, an object model for integrations, enterprise policy management, encrypted messaging, and certificate authentication. The co-founders, Matthew Tamayo-Rios and Sina Iman, previously worked as engineers at Palantir and built the technology to decentralize risks around private data computation in the cloud. The company is in alpha testing and is exploring business models including licensing to cloud storage providers or selling directly to enterprises. Kryptnostic has said it will use new funding to hire more employees and expand its suite of services and strategic partnerships.
