Using CRISPRomics, the company has generated and advanced more than a dozen oncology drug programs, initiating 12 programs across adoptive T-cell therapies, immuno-oncology, and targeted therapies in the past 12 months. Its first program is a modified adoptive T-cell immunotherapy that has shown efficacy in multiple animal models of PD-1 resistant solid tumors. KSQ plans to advance that first program into the clinic within the next 18 months and to move up to three additional oncology programs into IND-enabling studies. The company is also expanding CRISPRomics into other therapeutic areas, including immunology and rare diseases. KSQ is located in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
