KuhlTherm develops a portfolio of liquid cooling technologies including direct-to-chip cooling, rear door heat exchangers, immersion cooling systems, coolant distribution units and NexusFlow OS, a proprietary cooling intelligence platform. The company manufactures key components in-house—such as rear door heat exchangers, coolant distribution units, manifolds and quick disconnects—and is developing proprietary IP around liquid cooling architecture. Its products are positioned to address rising heat loads from AI and GPU-based computing where traditional air cooling is less effective. KuhlTherm says its systems are engineered for Indian operating conditions to enable faster deployment, improved serviceability and lower operating costs, while also targeting international AI infrastructure markets.
