Kumo offers an AI platform that uses graph neural networks to tackle predictive problems across enterprises, with tooling for data preparation, analytics and model management. The platform scales graph models to datasets in the many terabytes and exposes predictions via SQL, while automatically training, evaluating and readying models for production. Use cases cited include customer acquisition, loyalty and retention, personalization and next-best-action, as well as abuse and financial crime detection. The company is currently in pilot stage and reports more than a dozen early adopters. Kumo was developed by co-founders including Vanja Josifovski, Jure Leskovec and Hema Raghavan from work at Stanford and Dortmund University research labs. New funding will be used for hiring and R&D across the platform and services.
