KYLYS AESTHETICS is building a next-generation skin filler that forms lasting micro-gel structures in tissue, allowing dermatologists to inject with ultra-thin needles for greater accuracy, less pain and reduced bruising. The technology, originally devised for osteoarthritis treatment by two University of Geneva professors, was pivoted to aesthetic applications under the guidance of an Innosuisse coach. Led by CEO Bryan Porcello and CTO Dr. Alexandre Porcello, the company has completed pre-clinical testing and is preparing for its first clinical trial. Its patented, temperature-responsive hyaluronic-acid gel targets the fast-growing global dermal filler market, where demand is driven by consumer interest in wellness, beauty and healthy aging. Key corporate values include humility, efficiency and respect, and the team currently consists of two employees in Geneva. To date, KYLYS AESTHETICS has secured CHF 230,000 in funding, which supports upcoming clinical work and continued product development.
