DecisionSim delivers DecisionSim™, a customizable simulation-based learning platform used to assess and improve clinical decision-making. The company has served healthcare organizations since 2010 and counts the Department of Veterans Affairs, pharmaceutical companies, medical societies, insurers, academic institutions and others among its users. The recent Series A financing will support planned product and operational expansions, including UI upgrades for mobile and tablet, migration to a FedRAMP-compliant hosting environment, and a new client dashboard for real-time data and insights. DecisionSim plans to double its staff within six months and increase the scale and scope of its technology infrastructure. The company is also securing global re-seller licenses beginning with Obvious Choice Pty Ltd (Australia) and has expanded collaboration with the Department of Veterans Affairs and licensed communications training technology from Drexel University College of Medicine.
