Founded in 2023, L'Atout builds a centralized application paired with an innovative payment solution to simplify the management and use of employee benefits (tickets restaurant, chèques vacances, discounted stays, etc.). The product aims to increase uptake of underused benefits by making them more accessible and easier to use for employees and clearer to employers. In six months the startup has onboarded about twenty SMEs, demonstrating early market traction. The company recently completed a €2 million financing round composed of €1.4 million in equity and €600,000 in debt. Proceeds will fund technological and commercial development, broaden the range of benefits offered, and support marketing and sales efforts. L'Atout also plans to recruit talent in technology, marketing and customer relations and is considering future European expansion.
