Lánzanos is a Spanish crowdfunding platform that connects backers with creative and cultural projects. Co-founded by Carlos Hervás, Rafael Cabanillas and Ignacio Arriaga, it currently concentrates on cultural and creative campaigns. In March 2013 it raised €250K in seed funding to support growth. The company plans to use the capital to develop its website and to expand internationally, focusing on Portugal and Latin America (Brazil, Chile and Mexico). It also intends to specialize in startup crowdfunding in addition to its existing project categories. Backers on the round included business angel Yago Arbeloa among others.
