Founded in 2019 in Floirac (Gironde), La Brasserie Parallèle makes and commercializes artisanal non-alcoholic drinks such as kéfirs and beers. The company sells through more than 2,000 points of sale, primarily in the CHR (cafés-hôtels-restaurants) channel. At the time of the fundraising it employed seven people and reported nearly €1 million in revenue for 2025. The founders aim to scale nationally and reach a much larger consumer base, targeting commercial, marketing and R&D investments to support that expansion. Management expects to continue achieving double-digit growth in 2026 as it broadens distribution and marketing efforts.
