The company supplies nearly ten thousand SKUs on a free-supply, sell-first-settle-later model to reduce clients' supply-chain funding pressure. It operates four on-duty centers and a customer-service team of about 1,000 people. Its solution combines software, hardware and AI modules and uses intelligent hardware, AI algorithms and live human monitoring to enable 24-hour operations and boost revenue while reducing labor. Installation and conversion to the cloud monitoring solution can be completed without closing the store within three hours. The company recently completed an 18 million A round financing; investors were not disclosed.
