LandlordStation offers a cloud-based suite of online tools for property managers and landlords across the U.S. Its product suite includes Tenant Screening, Online Rent Payments, Tenant Portals, E-signatures, and Document/Data Management. The platform is built specifically for small to mid-sized property managers, a segment the company says has been overlooked by traditional software providers. Since its founding in 2012, more than 60,000 landlords, property managers, and real estate brokers have used the platform. The company announced $750,000 in seed funding to accelerate growth. LandlordStation intends to use the proceeds primarily to expand marketing and grow its development team to speed time to market for new products and services.
