LatAm Logistic Properties is a San Jose, Costa Rica-based company that develops, builds and operates Class-A industrial and logistics real estate projects. Founded in 2013 by CEO Mike Fangman, LLP develops, acquires and owns properties in Costa Rica, Peru and Colombia. The firm leverages regional team expertise, international best practices in design and construction, and local knowledge of site selection and regulatory approvals. The company currently has over 1 million square feet (93,000 square meters) of gross leasable area under contract with multinational tenants and regional leaders. LLP raised $77 million of growth capital arranged by strategic partner Jaguar Growth Partners and structured as a co-investment from new and existing institutional investors to fund expansion in key Latin American markets. With the new capital, LLP plans to build or acquire up to 5 million square feet (465,000 square meters) of GLA and continue offering Class-A warehousing and logistics product in deeply underserved Latin American markets.
