Latambarcem Brewers (LB Brewers), founded in 2017 by brothers Aditya Ishan Varshnei and Anish Varshnei, operates a vertically integrated beverage platform covering supply chain management, product development, manufacturing and brand building. The company’s two primary brands are Borecha (functional beverages) and Maka Di (craft beers), with probiotic kombucha highlighted as its standout product. It also offers SKUs such as Bavarian Keller, Super Maka and Belgian Triple and says its kombucha and sparkling iced tea have been served on Akasa Air and Air India Express. LB Brewers reports growing international distribution in the US, Canada, the UAE and other markets and plans expansion into 11 European nations this year. Management says the new funding will accelerate growth and help cement its position in natural functional beverages, and the startup expects to generate annual revenue of Rs 300 crore within the next three years.
