Latimer Group builds communities that drive innovation for brands and partner organisations by working with young people across each stage of a project, from research to distribution. Led by Matt Hay, the agency encourages young people to become active citizens and share ownership of campaign outputs. It specialises in addressing social issues including homelessness, knife crime and child marriage. Latimer operates a technology platform called Bulbshare. Over the last five years the team has worked with more than 50,000 young people and has served clients such as the BBC, the British Council and the Nike Foundation. The company is using new capital to accelerate agency growth, recruit senior hires and further develop Bulbshare.
