LayerGloss is an Amsterdam-based provider of a content app creation platform that enables creatives and publishers to create interactive apps for the Apple iOS platform without programming experience. The company was founded by Phuong Do and Martin van Spanje and was one of ten alumni from the 2012 Startupbootcamp Amsterdam accelerator. It raised €300K in new funding from angel investor Hans Veldhuizen, bringing total capital raised to €675K. LayerGloss intends to use the funds to continue to scale operations. The company is hiring technical staff to support its growth.
