Lead Inclusively is a San Diego-based, technology-enabled Diversity, Equity and Inclusion consulting firm that has developed a SaaS platform combining neuroscience, artificial intelligence and real-time nudge messaging. Founded in 2016, the company’s platform uses a patented algorithm to create learning apps grounded in behavior-change science and habit formation, initially applied to the behavior of “inclusion.” Clients cited include PNC Financial and Daimler Benz. The company plans to rebrand as “RevWork” as it expands use cases beyond inclusion and licenses the platform for enterprise behavior change and organizational culture transformation to support remote work during and after Covid-19. Immediate products in the pipeline include the Remote Teams Virtual Coach and the Sales Enablement Virtual Coach. Lead Inclusively will use the new capital to further develop the platform and support deployment of application-based resources to keep remote employees engaged and productive.
