LeadCrunch is a software firm founded in 2013. In October the company announced it had raised $425,000 in a financing round, $75,000 less than originally reported. The shortfall resulted when investor group Bialla Venture Partners 2 LLC never contributed after CEO Olin Hyde walked away following a disagreement over terms. LeadCrunch had been introduced to Bialla through CONNECT’s Capital Match program, and CONNECT and Hyde issued a joint announcement before the deal had actually closed. CONNECT president and CEO Greg McKee said he was told the deal had closed but later learned it had not and said he would do more due diligence. Hyde said the company has raised a total of $1.2 million since its 2013 inception.
