Its platform is device- and telephony-agnostic, customizable, and offers full multi-channel inbound features that complement leading CRM and ERP systems. The software is used by over 5,000 agents in more than 15 countries, making over 3 million calls per week across customers in finance, media, healthcare, publishing and energy. Founded in 2010 and led by Olli Nokso-Koivisto, the company plans to expand operations in European markets. Following its first funding round, LeadDesk intends to focus growth particularly on the UK/Ireland, Spain and the Benelux region. The funding will support those regional expansion plans.
