Overview

Trialjectory is an AI-powered decision-support platform led by co-founder and CEO Tzvia Bader that helps cancer patients own their treatment journey by creating personalized treatment plans and enhancing physician point-of-care. Its SaaS Optimizer platform delivers actionable insights that influence trial design, improve operational processes, and inform marketing communications while aligning with patient needs and expectations. The company serves patients, health-care providers and pharmaceutical customers. Between 2019 and the end of 2021, Trialjectory’s patient community grew to over 50,000 registered members, with more than 40% representing diverse ethnicities that are typically underserved. Trialjectory raised $20M in a Series A and will use the funding to expand its operations and development efforts. Scott Barclay of Insight Partners will join Trialjectory’s board. TrialJectory provides an AI-powered platform that matches cancer patients to clinical trials using self-reported clinical data. The engine mimics the mind of an oncologist by reading unstructured treatment descriptions, extracting relevant data, and clustering, classifying and standardizing that information. The resulting database highlights patient attributes attractive to clinical trials and enables matches based on dynamic questionnaire answers. Patients can filter matched trials and share results with their oncologists to move forward when appropriate. The platform supports trials for breast, colon, bladder, melanoma and myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS) and adds new studies to the platform each week. To date, the company has matched thousands of patients and intends to use the new funds to expedite growth of the platform.
