Leapsome offers a modular HR platform that automates feedback, OKRs, employee engagement, and corporate learning workflows, and integrates with tools such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, Workday, and BambooHR. The product is used by over 1,000 customers including Spotify, Unity, and Mercedes-Benz across Europe, the U.S., Asia, and Australia. Co-founded in 2016 by Kajetan von Armansperg and Jenny von Podewils, the company was bootstrapped until its first external round. Leapsome reports being profitable and says revenues tripled in 2021. The startup has opened a New York office and plans to use the investment to accelerate U.S. expansion and introduce new products and features. Its modular design aims to help employers drive employee engagement, performance, and development while reducing manual HR processes.
