Learnsoft offers a configurable, content- and feature-agnostic SaaS learning management system and training management system designed to integrate with third-party HR systems. The platform supports instructor-led and digital training, automates training schedules, tracks accreditation, and generates proof of credentials for audits. A notable feature is AI-powered learning recommendations that create job position profiles and suggest training based on gaps and worker interests. The company initially began in 1987 as an onsite tech certification training consultancy and developed its LMS after customer demand for online, compliance-oriented solutions. Learnsoft currently serves 19 customers concentrated in healthcare and government, including the American Heart Association, Iowa Veterans Home, Kansas Homeland Security, MaineHealth and the Missouri Department of Natural Resources. According to CEO Robbie Abt, the company has been profitable since inception and plans to expand product development (including a forthcoming mobile app) and go-to-market efforts.
