LED iBond’s core product is a patented thin 6 mm LED panel platform offering design flexibility, robustness, IoT integration, high energy efficiency and modular installation that lowers wiring costs. The company supplies projects from intelligent shelf lighting to large-scale installations (including 3.2 km of its TRACY® product) and has developed software-based advanced light management systems. LED iBond focuses on three business lines: Smart Building, Indoor and Vertical Farming, and UV Disinfection, with a roadmap for farming solutions that incorporate sensors, cameras and plant analysis. Manufacturing is done in Denmark at the company’s automated production facility. Management expects sales growth in 2024 after operational improvements and lower burn, and plans international sales expansion and hiring a Sales Director (CSO). The recent capital raise and loan renegotiation are intended to strengthen the cash position and fund product development and growth into 2025.
