Leeto is a French startup offering a software-as-a-service for works councils (comités d’entreprise) to manage employee perks and budgets. The product combines a web interface for adding employees and granting perks with a payment card to spend those funds. It aims to replace cumbersome receipt-based reimbursements and paper gift-card logistics by centralizing accounting and notifications for representatives. Later this year the company plans to issue a prepaid Mastercard for each employee that works councils can top up and manage; employees can use it for subscriptions, travel, museum tickets, and more. If employees pay with a personal card they can upload eligible expenses for reimbursement. Leeto charges €3 per employee per month, taken from the works council budget, and recently raised $2.2M (€2M) in new funding.
