Leeway Logistics operates as a third-party logistics (3PL) player using an asset-light business model to provide end-to-end supply chain solutions and corporate people movement. The company was founded in 2010 and is led by managing director Sanjay Sinha, an industry veteran. Its client roster includes major corporates such as General Motors, GSK, HUL and Coca Cola. Leeway plans to use new capital to expand its current business and acquire new customers. Financially, the firm has just secured a fresh round of funding (see deal details) to support that growth. Horizon Global Research acted as the key investment banker on the transaction, and RVCF’s CEO will join the board.
