Legal Desk operates a fully automated legal platform that lets companies and individuals access services such as company establishment, employment contracts, wills and powers of attorney online. The Copenhagen-based service is available 24/7 and aims to deliver legal documents at a fraction of the cost of consulting a lawyer. Founded in 2016, the company has registered more than 135k users on its platform. Legal Desk expanded into Sweden in 2021 and plans to scale into Norway this year before heading to Finland in 2023. The team aims to become the Nordic region's leading provider of automated legal services and to integrate digitized offerings with traditional law practices. Alongside the new funding, former Nordic Capital partner Michael Haaning joined the board to support further development and expansion.
