Legalstart.fr provides an online platform that enables entrepreneurs and SMEs to complete legal requirements such as company formation, hiring, accounting, trademark registration, and debt collection. The company has helped more than 100,000 entrepreneurs in five years. It has been profitable since launch and reports an average annual revenue increase of 150%. Legalstart.fr will use the new funding to expand its team with additional professionals, including lawyers, notaries and chartered accountants. The startup also plans to continuously add new support services for entrepreneurs to capture growing market opportunities. Co-founders Pierre Aïdan and Timothée Rambaud said the partnership with the investor will be a major boost for development.
