Legatics provides a legal transaction management platform that enables deal teams to collaborate and close deals in an interactive online environment. The system has been used by around 1,500 companies and has been procured by more than half of the top global banking and finance law firms. Matters have been hosted on the platform in approximately 50 countries. The company is led by founder and CEO Anthony Seale and Chief Commercial Officer Daniel Porus. Legatics raised £3m in funding and intends to use the proceeds to double the size of its team over the next 18 months and further develop its technology. Planned product work focuses on delivering new features and expanding use cases across a wider range of practice areas for new and existing customers.
