The company intends to use the funding for ongoing R&D to enhance its proprietary 3D conversion pipeline and to increase partnerships with content owners on 3D film and television projects. Investors in the round included lead Northwater Capital Management and participating existing investors PAR Investment Partners, L.P., and Augustus Ventures Limited.
