Leixir Resources is a services company that manages a small chain of six dental laboratories across North America and operates an oral care brand, Metis Dental Care. The company generates approximately $6 million in revenue from its centres in Canada and the US. Leixir plans a global rollout of dental labs, pursuing growth partly through acquisitions of US labs and companies developing technologies for dental-lab products. It aims to scale to a $100 million business within the next three years while simultaneously building its user base for its existing dental chain. The group is implementing a hub-and-spoke model with a manufacturing and back-end services hub being set up in Delhi NCR, scheduled to be functional in 18 months. CEO Harmeet Bindra says the model combines touch and technology to deliver cost efficiencies to dental offices in North America.
