Lelecha (乐乐茶) is a Chinese tea brand that recently completed a major financing. The company signed a RMB 525 million investment agreement with Nayuki Tea (奈雪的茶), which will become Lelecha’s controlling shareholder. Palm Capital served as exclusive financial advisor on the transaction. After the deal, Nayuki will hold 43.64% of Lelecha and equivalent voting rights, implying a company valuation of RMB 1.2 billion (12亿元). Of the RMB 525 million, RMB 325 million is for secondary (old‑share) transfers and RMB 200 million is new capital injection. Lelecha’s prior financing round was in July 2020 led by Longbai Capital, and past investors have included Red Star Macalline and Pusi Capital (Wang Sicong’s fund).
