Lengo Therapeutics was launched by Frazier Healthcare Partners to discover and develop novel treatments targeting driver mutations in cancer. The company emerged from discussions among Frazier and a group of experienced oncology researchers and is led by CEO Tracy Saxton, Ph.D. Lengo holds an exclusive worldwide license from Jubilant Life Sciences to a portfolio of novel chemistry against undisclosed oncology targets discovered at Jubilant. In connection with that license, Lengo completed a $15 million Series A financing from Frazier. The company intends to advance the licensed assets toward the clinic as quickly as possible, supported by Frazier senior advisors who helped identify mutations not well addressed by existing therapeutics. The launch announcement associates Lengo with Menlo Park, California and Bangalore, India.
