LetsVenture is a Bangalore-based online platform that brings startups and investors together to facilitate fundraising and provide deal-making services. The site offers business-plan reviews, mentor connections, and has a legal partnership with K-Law to help draft term sheets and shareholder agreements. The platform charges entrepreneurs a 2–3% commission on funds raised and plans to charge investors an annual registration fee of about Rs 20,000. Launched with seed capital of Rs 30 lakh in May 2013, LetsVenture reports 750 startups and 375 Indian investors registered on its platform. The company raised fresh capital to expand its outreach to more cities and broaden its deal-making services.
