LexDoka is a platform for managing legal documents and contractual processes that helps companies with high document volumes create, negotiate, sign, and manage contracts more efficiently. The product uses AI to optimize document workflows, offers more than 1,000 templates, a guided negotiation tool, one-click unlimited e-signature, and centralized contract organization. More than 300 companies use the platform, and LexDoka is a partner of API Catalunya; customers include Fin2Go, DeltaX, Aticco, Atomic4, Bcombinator and PACTVM. The founders are Pol Francès, Denise Brieva and Amado Naranjo, with Pol Francès serving as CEO. The company highlights time-savings metrics (saying firms lose over 20% of administrative/legal time and that 41.2% of lawyers spend over a third of their time on document work) as a market pain point it addresses. LexDoka recently won Wayra's Acelera Startups Demo Day and will attend South Summit and an international startup immersion in London, milestones it plans to leverage for growth.
