It aims to add enterprise-grade customer data, insight, marketing, sales and service capabilities through product development. Lexer plans to use new funding to expand internationally and grow its team, adding 50 people and doubling headcount across Australia, the U.S. and Southeast Asia. The company says the COVID-19–driven acceleration to e-commerce has increased demand for its platform to drive incremental sales and improve customer targeting.
