LIA is a San Diego, Calif.-based mobile platform for distribution of rich, real-time content between marketing and sales teams at Global 2000 companies. Founded in 2012 and led by CEO David Warren, the company’s platform curates, converts and publishes content such as presentations, research, press releases, videos, interactive programs and competitive news onto mobile devices. LIA raised $400K in seed funding from Analytics Ventures and La Costa Investment Group. In conjunction with the funding, Analytics Ventures’ founder Blaise Barrelet joined LIA’s board of directors. The company said it will use the capital to scale sales, marketing and product-development efforts.
