Libeo is a French fintech software company that simplifies invoices and payments for SMEs through a B2B payments platform. Its platform has seen rapid growth: over the past year the number of B2B payments processed multiplied by 30 and reached €100 million on a yearly basis. The company has developed an API that allows corporate partners such as QuickBooks to embed its payment services directly into their interfaces. Libeo will use the new funding to further fuel expansion of its B2B platform across Europe. This year the company plans to triple its team to more than 100 employees. It previously raised €4 million in April before closing the current round. Libeo provides a service that collects invoices and automates supplier payments for SMEs, removing the need to log into banking interfaces or manually enter payment details. Customers can import invoices by forwarding emails, connecting services like Amazon, or integrating existing accounting platforms such as QuickBooks and Receipt Bank. The platform auto-fills payment information, detects duplicate invoices, tracks VAT, and lets suppliers securely submit IBANs via a Libeo link. Payments are executed via direct debit from the customer’s IBAN, and the product builds an address book to show spend by supplier and cash flow. Libeo supports collaboration with multi-user accounts and approval workflows. It offers a free plan limited to five payments per month and paid tiers for higher limits and advanced features. Four months after launch the company reports 5,000 companies using the product and that it has facilitated €2 million in payments.
