LibLab provides tools that automatically generate SDKs, developer documentation and a developer portal from API specs (OpenAPI, Swagger, Postman), integrating authentication, error handling and security. The platform claims to monitor and update SDKs as languages evolve and to surface usage metrics for APIs. LibLab’s core code-gen is written in TypeScript and uses language-specific scaffolding templates for Java, Python, C# and others. The company launched in stealth last year and is currently expanding a private beta while building out its core service. LibLab plans to open source its core engine in the coming weeks and to monetize by offering premium services on top of the open-source offering. Co-founder and CEO Sagiv Ofek, an ex-Facebook and ex-Amazon engineer and founder of HomeDine, leads the product development. The company has raised venture funding to date, including a recent Series A.
