Lifestores Healthcare
273 Borno Way, Yaba, Lagos, 101212, Nigeria
Overview
Lifestores Healthcare launched in 2017 as a chain of retail pharmacies and pivoted to B2B services that include a marketplace (OGApharmacy) and an ERP for pharmacies and dispensaries. The marketplace aggregates purchasing for pharmacies and hospitals and negotiates with suppliers to secure roughly 10–20% discounts on high-quality medications. The company serves a network of more than 750 outlets, counts over 10% of Nigeria’s pharmacies as registered customers, and reports 25% monthly marketplace growth. It currently reaches about 100,000 patients directly and aims to increase that to 400,000 by 2023 while indirectly touching over 200,000 patients through its software; loyalty accounts are growing by double digits monthly. Planned product and operational expansions include a new Lagos processing centre, AI-driven predictive ordering, pharmacy management software, advanced credit offerings, and pilots of B2C services such as patient savings, care management, and medication delivery. Lifestores says it will also ramp up hiring across sales, engineering, and senior management to drive that growth.
