LifeStreet Media is an online ad network that delivers global in-app advertising for Facebook, Apple (iOS) and Android developers through its RevJet optimization platform. The company intends to use new capital to expand in the social and mobile display advertising space and to provide liquidity for investors. LifeStreet was founded by Mitchell Weisman, Paul Kennedy and Serge Ioffe and received early funding from Exigent Ventures, its founders and additional angel investors. The company is based in San Carlos, California, and also maintains offices in Moscow, Odessa and Riga. LifeStreet received a $66m investment from middle-market private equity firm Nautic Partners.
