The service is free for up to two users and targets small businesses that want an easier alternative to more complex tools like Zendesk or Freshdesk. The product first launched in 2010 and only recently exited beta. The company was built by Szymon Piekarz and Grzegorz Siehie and made its public debut at Disrupt in London.
