Lineable builds a $5 Beacon- and Bluetooth 4.0-compatible wearable bracelet for children that notifies parents when a child leaves a preset tracking area. The device is iOS-compatible and uses other Lineable app users' smartphones to form an ad hoc mesh network to help locate lost children.
