Lintil is a free online property-technology platform that guides home buyers through the home-buying journey and introduces them to required service providers via a virtual assistant. The platform enables prospective buyers to book house-hunting services such as mortgage brokers, solicitors, insurance companies and property surveyors. Lintil launched in July 2021 and has established partnership agreements with FBD and Daft.ie. The company says it has guided over 5,000 Irish home buyers through the purchase process. It employs eight people in Dublin and is using new funding to accelerate entry to the British home-buying market. CEO Emmet Creighton described the company’s concept as digitising the property purchasing process to make it easier for home buyers.
