Lipum is developing SOL-116 and is advancing the program through clinical studies. The company is completing a Phase I study of SOL-116 and preparing for Phase II. Lipum conducted a rights issue that was subscribed to 42.6 percent, with approximately 35.7 percent secured through subscription commitments. The rights issue will provide the company with approximately SEK 79.7 million. Proceeds are earmarked to complete the Phase I study, support manufacturing, and fund preparations for Phase II. CEO Ola Sandborgh said the company’s development can continue according to plan and thanked participants in the rights issue.
