Liquid Environmental Solutions is an Irving, Texas-based collector and operator of non-hazardous liquid waste services that collects, treats and recycles commercial and industrial liquid waste streams. Its services include collection and treatment of grease trap waste, used cooking oil, grit trap and oil-water separator waste, landfill leachate, industrial process waters and food waste, extracting them for beneficial reuse. The company operates a fleet of over 150 vacuum trucks and tanker-trailers and manages customers' nonhazardous wastewater treatment and disposal. Liquid raised $31.6M in a Series C led by ABS Capital Partners. Following the financing, ABS Managing General Partner Phil Clough will join Liquid's board. The company intends to use the funds for targeted acquisitions and greenfield expansion of its national wastewater collection, treatment and recycling network. Liquid Environmental Solutions (LES) collects and treats non-hazardous liquid waste for commercial and industrial customers. Founded in 2002, LES operates seven wastewater treatment facilities and an interstate fleet of trucks driven by trained waste-collection specialists. The company has offices in Dallas and San Diego and serves over 15,000 locations from California to Alabama. LES provides customers with management and proper disposal solutions for their liquid waste streams. The company received a $20m investment commitment from Craton Equity Partners and will use the funds to expand its operations and geographic reach.
